Revit Technician - Dublin

Revit Technician        Dublin                 €40-55k

INFORM3 are working on behalf of a leading M&E Consultancy based in Dublin who are recruiting for a Revit Technician to join their Design Team.

The successful candidate will have an excellent educational background and commercial experience performing in a similar capacity with a passion for digital engineering, Revit software and BIM modelling.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and implementing project specific Revit plans, while also assisting the coordination of MEP designs.
• Producing drawing/modelling work to a high standard, with focus on setting out, readability and presentation.
• Responsible for modelling and checking quality standards to ensure compliance with the project standards.
• Ensure designs are completed in accordance with project standards and requests.
• Take responsibility for checking own work and work produce by others, embracing drawings and associated deliverables.
• Complete work to agreed timescales, programme and budgetary constraints.
• Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings

Skills Required:

• Commercial experience working within a similar role
• Degree or HND/HNC educated in a relevant subject to the job.
• Have a familiarity and strong practical knowledge with Revit Software
• A knowledge of 2D and 3D modelling software.
• Experience with M&E Design / Building Services highly desirable
• Have an ability to self-motivate and self-manage, with good organisational skills.
• Hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Understand the importance of working to agreed deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
