Revit Technician - Limerick

BIM/Revit Technician       

Location - Limerick            

Salary - €40-50k

Our client based in Limerick is recruiting for a BIM/Revit Technician to join their team.

The role will suit someone with experience performing in a similar role who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment both with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team.

You will be working on projects across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Leisure.

Role & Responsibilities

• Producing clear and reliable 3D designs from concept stage through to construction.
• Managing the delivery of models and CAD documentation of designs, as well as compiling Execution Plans.
• Maintaining the overview of all aspects of development including design processes, 2D and 3D designs
• Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules.
• Contributing to the planning of team workload.

Individual requirements

• Degree in Design with 2+ years of post graduate experience working with Revit
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings
• Comfortable working on concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
