Sales Administrator                                   South County Down                             £19-24K + Bonas

INFORM3 are recruiting for a leading supplier based in South County Down who are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity where the individual will utilise their strong sales and negotiation skills in order to achieve targets and excel within the company.

The successful candidate should have 1 years’ experience in an administrative role with knowledge of the supply/distribution environment. 

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients/members.
  • Chase any outstanding invoices.
  • Assist with any sales tasks set by the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver client quotations and follow up with client or Sales Manager.
  • Set up new clients on the system.
  • Process purchase orders to ensure goods are delivered to the client on time.
  • Sourcing of parts not allocated from stock.
  • Help with tender requests.
  • Transfer client orders and deliveries in order to keep the client up to date on the progress of their order.
  • Monitor client account to ensure payments are made on time and credit limits are not exceeded.

Requirements for the Role:

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the supply/distribution industry.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.
  • Proactive with the commitment to provide excellent customer service.
