About the Company:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing functions of Manufacturing company to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen the company's brand presence.
The role develops and implements effective sales and marketing strategies, builds strong customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
The incumbent provides leadership to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Duties Include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, and industry partners.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for all sales personnel.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that deliver sustainable business growth.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee marketing department, website management, social media, email campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing Sales and Marketing department.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop sales strategies for new products and services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all interactions.
- Manage strategic customer accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Prepare monthly sales, marketing, and performance reports for senior management.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for continued business growth.
- Use CRM and marketing analytics to measure team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years' experience in a senior Sales and Marketing management role.
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience managing marketing functions, campaigns, and brand development.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven business development experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Full driving licence.
