Senior Contracts Manager – Fit-Out


INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager for a specialist fit-out contractor in Northern Ireland. The client has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and is continually flourishing and expanding. You will be joining a team that has a wealth of knowledge and takes great pride in the welfare of all clients and staff. The role will feature 1-2 nights a week of travelling to Dublin and London to visit sites.

The candidate will ideally come from a joinery background.


Senior Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Report regularly to the Director
  • Coordinate and chair regular meetings, identifying any potential barriers or issues and how to overcome them
  • Liaise regularly with the Design Manager
  • Able to ensure works are completed to the highest quality
  • Provide support in the arrangement of sub-contractors
  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
  • Manage multiple activities and projects at once
  • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
  • Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
  • Be the first point of contact for the client and provide solutions to any problems they have
  • Promote a high standard of Health & Safety



Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5 plus years’ experience in a relevant Senior Manager position
  • Preferred Joinery Background
  • Ability to supervise numerous projects
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Self-motivated and hard worker
  • Strong team building skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the fit-out industry important
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Hold/be trained in CSCS Card, Relevant Site Management Tickets, SMSTS Training and First Aid
  • Full understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and regulation
