Senior Design Coordinator           Dublin  €70-80k

Our client is a Tier 1 Contractor with an impressive track record delivering prestigious projects across Ireland. They offer a great environment to work with like-minded individuals, and owing to continued growth and project wins this is a newly created position for a Design Coordinator to oversee a major long-term project in South Dublin.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in the technical management of projects in the construction sector.

Job Description

• Work across a multi-disciplinary team and take accountability for the design and delivery of the project.
• Coordination of design production through an in-house team and external consultants when necessary
• Monitoring design budget and costs
• Management of design team meetings to deliver to programme and generate technical solutions as required
• Oversight of design compliance as required

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the construction sector, ideally with a Tier 1 Contractor
• Be experienced in a lead consultant or design coordination position
• Have a track record of working on high-quality projects to completion
• Possess excellent technical knowledge with a proven ability to manage design teams and sub-contractors accordingly
• Have excellent communication skills
