Senior Electrical Engineer Dublin €60-80K
INFORM3 are seeking a motivated Senior Electrical Engineer who has proven experience in all aspects of electrical design and construction, ideally coming from a renewables background.
The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation, scheduling, coordinating and support for all assigned MV/HV substation projects, delivering the engineering design, monitoring compliance to applicable codes, best practices, performance standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Electrical solutions from design through to commissioning ensuring all projects meet client requirements and all programme deadlines are achieved
- Work within a multi-discipled team on projects with a variety of size and complexity
- Review project designs and specifications
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Ensure that all commissioning requirements are carried out adhering to the health and safety standards
- Contribute to site meetings and provide regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership on site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Electrical Engineering experience ideally within the renewables sector
- Degree or an equivalent level of qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the design and delivery of MV/HV Solutions, substation configuration and switching arrangements
- Able to confidently read electrical design plans
- Good organisational skills with ability to manage time effectively between multiple technically demanding projects
- Demonstrate a logical approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to present complex technical results in a clear and concise manner
