Senior Engineer
Job Location: Dublin
Sector: Civil/Structural - Consultancy
INFORM3 are recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work on residential/commercial projects in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for career progression with long-term work.
The client is a growing Irish Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy expanding rapidly within the industry with over 30 years of experience servicing the Irish construction sector.
The client is looking for someone who has 7-10 years works experience in a Consultant Engineers practice on a range of civil and structural projects.
Senior Engineer Responsibilities:
- Acting as a Senior Civil Engineer on ongoing projects.
- Coordination and supervision of an inhouse teams of preparation of; planning application, tender and construction packages and reports.
- Attending meetings with key stakeholders including Clients and Design Teams
- A strong ethical approach to quality, safety and environmental protections
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong people skills with the ability to manage and encourage other design personnel
- Identify new business opportunities for the company
Senior Engineers Specification:
- Minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7-10 years’ experience in a Consultant Engineers practice on a range of civil and structural projects, Irish or UK experience a distinct advantage
- Be chartered or near chartered with Engineers Ireland or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Full driving licence
