Senior Engineer / Site Agent
Job Location: Louth

INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer / Site Agent to strengthen its project team for a major road infrastructure project.
This is a senior site-based position, responsible for coordinating engineering and construction activities and supporting the successful delivery of the works from mobilisation through to completion.
Senior Engineer / Site Agent Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day engineering and construction activities
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Setting out and overseeing works
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction information
- Monitoring programme, quality and progress
- Managing site records and reporting
- Liaising with the Project Manager and wider project team
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Supporting commercial and programme management
Senior Engineer / Site Agent Requirements:
- Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong experience on road or infrastructure projects
- Previous experience at Senior Engineer, Agent or similar level
- Excellent knowledge of setting out and construction methodology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with main contractors/civil engineering contractors
