Senior Site Engineer
Job Location: Dublin Airport
Sector: Civil
Inform3 are recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to work for a Tier 1 contractor who is carrying out a bulk of work at Dublin Airport.
The client is seeking candidates with an in-depth knowledge in civils and who is able to take on responsibility and work off their own initiative in a busy working environment.
The suitable candidate must be extremely organised with a desire to learn, previous experience on infrastructure/heavier civil projects is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- Report to the Project Manager
- Ensure the site is set out with great accuracy
- Manage Junior Engineers
- Coordinate various site teams and sub-contractors
- Ensure health and safety procedures and protocols are adhered to
- Coordinate and manage traffic on site
- Order materials and organise Plant, Machinery and Equipment
- Attend site management meetings
- Liaise with both client and public if needed
Job Specification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years’ experience, preferably on civil projects
- Ability to adapt to new circumstances
- Full driving license
