Position Summary:
Key responsibilities for this role encompass setting out and verifying project works in alignment with project drawings, specifications, and building regulations. Effective collaboration with on-site subcontractors and personnel will be crucial for seamless project planning and execution. The role necessitates adeptness in reading and interpreting intricate drawings. Supporting the Site Manager and Senior Engineer, the incumbent will play an integral role in ensuring project adherence to schedules and exceptional quality standards. The cultivation of strong relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site staff will be an ongoing focal point.
Requirements:
- Possession of a degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience with a prominent main contractor in either the UK or ROI.
- Ideally, candidates will have prior involvement with Concrete Structures projects.
- Proficiency in the utilization of setting out instruments is indispensable, along with competence across all facets of set out, survey, level, and temporary works coordination.
- Comprehensive familiarity with computer applications and databases, including Microsoft Office, Project, and PowerPoint.
