Senior Engineer – Cork
INFORM3 are looking to appoint Senior Engineers for projects in Cork working on a number of Housing Developments. The client has over 10 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering and Building Industry and has a number of multi-million projects. The successful candidate will have a number of years’ experience in setting out, surveying, supervising Junior Engineers and working on civil projects.
Senior Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management
- Supervise Junior Engineers
- Complete setting out and surveying duties
- Oversee structural activity and keep it in line with company procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate reports
- Able to write up inspection reports
- Manage and coordinate the site team
- Promote Health and Safety throughout site
- Liaise with clients and local authorities
- Carry out tool box talks
- Complete site diary daily
- Traffic Management
- Complete any other duties as and when required
Candidate Specification:
- Civil Engineer background
- 5 years plus relevant experience
- Setting Out Experience
- Excellent Numeracy skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full driving licence
