Job Title – Senior Finishing Foreman

Project – Residential

Job Location - Dublin 12

Salary – €55k - €65k

About the Company

Contractor based in Co. Dublin who are looking for experienced members to join their team as they enter a new market with their own developments. This is an exciting opportunity to work along side a fast-growing company!

The Role

• Report to Project Manager.
• Liaise with various subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Attend and host meeting to update team members on the progress of the project.
• Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
• Manage and drive labour force.
• Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Proven experience in finishing high density residential projects is essential.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
