Job Title – Project Manager

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €90,000 - €100,000

The Role

•  The successful Project Manager will have full responsibility for the Site management
•  Report to the Construction Director.
•  You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality and safety standards.
• Provide leadership to the project construction team to ensure works are carried out to the required quality.
• Prepare the site survey, preparation of drawings
• Procure labour either internally or externally
• Implementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project Reporting.
• Support the project teams and surveyors.

Requirements

• 10+ Years Experience
• Extensive experience of managing various projects within 20 – 40M
• Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting
• Excellent skills in IT, especially experience of MS project
• Educated as a minimum to HNC/HND/Degree level (or equivalent) SMSTS CSCS card
• Experience of Pre-Qualification and Tendering process for a number of multi-discipline projects
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and mentor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff
• Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
