We are currently recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer for the Packaging Department for our client based in South Dublin who are looking for an engineer to lead a team of engineers and technicians.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide direct support to the production and maintenance teams.
• Do frequent reviews of the maintenance schedule too ensure they remain effective.
• Work with material suppliers to ensure controls are robust throughout the value chain to maintain high levels of process stability.
• Work closely with the development team on new equipment or processes.
• Responsible for the change control process and ensuring that appropriate documentation is compiled.
• Lead the training and development of technicians in the assigned process engineering area.
• Lead investigations into Customer Complaints, QN and CAPA
• Push a data driving approach to solve process issues.

Key Skills

• Degree in Engineering or related subject.
• 10+ Years experience in process engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean techniques
• Experience managing teams
• Good data analysis skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles
• Good Communication Skills
