Job Location – Finland / Sweden
Salary – €100K - €170K + Package (DOE)
Rotation – 9 Days On / 4 Days Off
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
About the Company
A leading specialist contractor delivering large-scale roofing, cladding, waterproofing and façade packages across Ireland and mainland Europe.
Due to continued growth and an expanding European workload, they are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects in Finland and Sweden.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to work on landmark projects while benefiting from an attractive rotation schedule and long-term career progression.
The Role
• Manage projects from commencement through to final handover.
• Coordinate and oversee all site activities to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the Commercial Team to manage project variations and maximise commercial performance.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, design teams and main contractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and maintained across the project.
• Produce regular progress reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
Requirements
• Third Level Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Experience within roofing, cladding, façades or external envelope packages is advantageous.
• Previous experience working on European projects would be beneficial.
