Inform3 are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major construction project based in the Dublin Airport area. This role is suited to a highly motivated construction professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, managing site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships from pre-construction through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale construction project.
• Lead and manage site management teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project programmes and key milestones.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure works meet required specifications.
• Manage procurement schedules and resource planning.
• Resolve technical and commercial issues efficiently to minimise programme impacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project completion, commissioning, and handover.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience within the construction industry.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, aviation, healthcare, or public sector projects.
• Previous experience in a Senior Project Manager or Project Director level role.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project administration.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management experience.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

• Full clean driving licence.
