Salary                          €80k - €85k

This leading contractor in the Dublin boasts of quality projects in all sectors, and has recently headed up the Fit Out Sector. They have the reputation of giving excellent salaries and benefits to their employees.

The Role and Responsibilities

• As Senior Project Manager you will have the autonomy to deliver the project to its best
• You will be overseeing the day to day running of the project and make sure every aspect is carried out to spec
• Management of the project budget in conjunction with the wider team - quantity surveyor etc
• Preparation of project, programme, risk management plans
• Liaison across departments such as planning and sales at appropriate stages

Job Requirements

• Proven experience and track record of managing projects from inception to completion
• Must have at least 8 years’ experience working as a Project Manager on building / fit out projects
• Be proficient in Microsoft project and all aspects of managing a programme
• Experience of leading a team of Site Managers, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors
• Experience reporting into senior management level on commercial and delivery issues
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
