About the Company

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer-led construction business with a strong pipeline of residential projects across North Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area.

The company is currently delivering a number of high-density apartment developments ranging from 30 to 300 units and has a substantial landbank supporting future growth. They have built a reputation for delivering high-quality residential schemes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme management.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in residential construction, particularly apartment developments, who can oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading site teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring commercial and technical objectives are achieved.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of high-density residential apartment developments from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, procurement strategies, and risk management processes.
• Manage and coordinate site management teams, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
• Drive programme performance and ensure efficient sequencing of works packages.
• Oversee project budgets and work closely with the commercial team to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Monitor and manage project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety, BCAR, Building Regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including design teams, utility providers, local authorities, and client representatives.
• Coordinate design development and ensure timely delivery of construction information.
• Lead project reporting and governance procedures, ensuring accurate progress updates are provided to senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer.
• Proven track record delivering residential developments valued between €10M - €50M+.
• Strong understanding of apartment construction and high-density residential developments.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets and programme delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
