Senior Project Manager – D&B Housing Scheme

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity with an established builder who is looking to add a Senior Project Manager who specialises in house building. The company has been operating for over 50 years and through their time they have predominantly built New Build Commercial Developments up to the value of £50M, a number of which have received awards for excellence. Although they have experience is this sector, they would be keen to bolster their Management team, in order to ensure the successful delivery of upcoming projects. Excellent salary with strong package.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
• Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
• Produce reports on job progress
• Reporting to Construction Director
• All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Project Manager Requirements:

• Extensive Private Housing Experience
• Ability to supervise numerous projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and hard worker
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
