Senior Quality Engineer - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting a Senior Quality Engineer for an extremely reputable tier 1 company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, technology and industrial sectors. Have collaborated on projects with other contractors worth up to €700m. Award winning contractor with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €290m. Would typically work on projects worth €20m-€50m. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award-winning multi-million-euro projects.

Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

Job Location: Cork & Limerick

Salary: €45k - €55k

The Role

• Reporting to the Quality & Environmental Manager on-site performances.
• Ensuring project standards and Quality objectives are applied consistently.
• Auditing and review of the Company management systems, Inception, planning, design, drafting, monitoring, measuring key performers on-site.
• Preparing quality initiatives
• Championing continuous improvement in line with industry standards and best practices.
• Driving and implementing the Company vision
• Ensuring environmental requirements are being a implemented on-site.
• Analysing Company data, prepare and distribute reports.
• Liaising with the Senior Management team during internal audits and continuous improvements to the QMS.
• Monitoring of ISO documents, procedures, and forms.
• Staff awareness and provision of best practice information.
• Reviewing and suggesting improvements to department procedures and associated work recording templates.
• Carrying out annual performance development assessments.
• Dealing with poor performance and non-conformances.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential for this role.
• Construction related 3rd level qualification
• A full understanding of quality management systems
• Experience of ISO9001:2015, IS014001 2015.
• Experience of BC(A)R processes.
• Experience operating digital platforms (i.e., Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Experience with continuous improvement techniques
• Control quality non-conformance management – investigation/ root cause/ preventative actions
• Manage change control
• Strong cross-functional Communication and Leadership skills.
