Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer
Job Location: Dublin
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
The Role
- Reporting to the Quality & Environmental Manager on-site performances.
- Ensuring project standards and Quality objectives are applied consistently.
- Auditing and reviewing the Company management systems, Inception, planning, design, drafting, monitoring, measuring key performers on-site.
- Preparing quality initiatives
- Championing continuous improvement in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Ensuring environmental requirements are being implemented on-site.
- Analysing Company data, preparing and distributing reports.
- Liaising with the Senior Management team during internal audits and continuous improvements to the QMS.
- Monitoring of ISO documents, procedures, and forms.
- Reviewing and suggesting improvements
- Carrying out annual performance development assessments.
- Dealing with poor performance
Job Requirements
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification
- Ability to work within a dynamic team of professionals
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at high level
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or UK.
- Motivated individual who can work in a fast-pace environment
- Excellent communication skills
