Senior Quantity Surveyor- Meath
The Company
Building Contractor based in Meath are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. All projects are based in Dublin, there may be some travel to site, predominantly you will be based in the office.
You will be working on projects ranging from €200k to €20million across a number of different areas!
Salary package is attractive and will reflect your experience.
The Role
- Reviewing contracts
- Procurement activity and contract support
- Reviewing and commercial management of projects to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Identify, analyse and report on trends within the business and projects
- Forecasting and management of cash flow
- Providing data and analysis of issues/risk
- Manage subcontractor accounts and valuations.
- Monitoring projects through design stage
- Proactive engagement with project manager
- Cost control
- Regular travel to Scotland to sites.
What you need
- Third level qualification in QS or Construction management.
- 8+ years’ experience
- Background in main contracting
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
