- Looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee a £22million pound residential project from initial stages to completion. Based in the Birmingham office you will receive a very competitive salary and package.
The Role
- The Senior QS will take on responsibility of multimillion pound projects and work closely with the project team throughout delivery
- Cost Management, ensuring the projects remains in budget
- Prepare tendering projects
- Providing support within Project Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts
- Preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations
- Dealing with Contractual matters
What you need
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 7+ years’ experience
- Cost management & administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
- Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Previous people management experience required.
