Property Developers seeking Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee development scheme at a value of over €50 million. You will be joining a strong robust commercial team, successfully overseeing multiple developments over Leinster and abroad. This role comes with potential for advancing and growing with this contractor. Attractive Salary based on experience.
The Role
- The Senior QS will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project team throughout delivery
- Cost Management, ensuring the projects remains in budget
- Prepare tendering projects
- Providing support within Project Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Effective management of main contract and subcontract accounts
- Preparing interim valuations, identifying and valuing variations
- Dealing with Contractual matters
Quantity Surveyors Criteria
- Degree Qualified in QS or Construction Management
- Experience working in Property Development
- 7+ years’ experience
- Highly motivated hard-working individual who can work on their own or as part as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
