A Design and Fit Out contracting company working across Ireland & UK are looking to expand their team in their Dublin Office with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Founded over 20 years ago, this company has adapted and grown to offer both fit out and design and covers sectors such as commercial, retail, hospitality, residential.

The Role
- Preparation and updating of contact budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Liaison with Surveying Manager
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team
Criteria
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 5+years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
