Senior Quantity Surveyor
INFORM3 Recruitment are recruiting for a well-established and highly reputable building contractor. The contractor has delivered projects up to €100M in the Hospitality, Industrial, Residential, Educational, Healthcare and fit out sectors. The successful candidate will be based in the office and will also lead a site-based Quantity Surveyor. They will also be a part of exciting upcoming projects and receive a very competitive salary.
Duties:
- Ensuring cash flow is maximised
- Preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub-contractors
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Support and advise allocated team
- Prepare tendering documents
- Manage the costs of projects during the construction stage and negotiate final accounts
Criteria:
- 5+ years’ experience
- BSc degree in quantity surveying or relative field is desirable
- Excellent managerial skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous work in building projects
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
