About the Role:
Our client based in County Meath is currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team. This role you will be required to travel at least 20-30% of the time and the rest would be on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead category management strategy across major retail customers.
- Optimize the sales process, including refining forecasting, CRM usage, and lead generation, notes.
- Build and manage strong buyer relationships.
- Deliver insight-led range, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets.
- Manage budgets, set sales goals, and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and technical teams.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in FMCG category management or senior commercial roles.
- Proven track record in sales, often with 5+ years of experience and previous management experience.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer management.
- Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fresh produce experience is not essential, but would be a distinct advantage.
