Senior Setting Out Engineer – North Dublin
INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Senior Setting Out Engineer with work based in North Dublin. The Senior Setting Out Engineer will work with a client who has over 15 years’ experience. The client is well established throughout the Civil Engineering Industry and has a record for continuously raising the standards on quality projects. The successful candidate will be responsibility placed on the correct setting out, surveying and drawing management of works carried out on the.
Senior Setting Out Engineer Responsibilities:
- Report to Senior Management
- Complete Setting out, levelling and surveying of the site.
- Supervise Junior Engineers
- Acting as the main technical adviser on the site
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensure all materials and equipment are used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Preparing surveys and reports as required
- Complete other duties as and when required
Candidate Specification:
- Civil Engineering Degree
- 5 years’ plus experience
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Relevant experience in multiple civil engineering activities
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
