Job Title – Senior Site Engineer
Project – Commercial project
Job Location - Dublin
Salary – €65,000- €75,000
About the Company
This role is for a really exciting project, working for a Top Tier Contractor. You would be working on a €70+ Million commercial project in Dublin City Centre.
The Role
- Overseeing the setting out and checking works as required for the project.
- Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site in order to drive project through to successful completion and ensure all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information in advance of the commencement of and throughout their carrying out of their work.
- Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team, Contracts Manager, Site manager, Q.S and the Construction Team to ensure timely provision of essential reports, records, information and services.
- Maintaining, tracking and scheduling the daily and weekly work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports from the master construction programme.
- Ensure compliance with PCL Quality Management System & ISO 14001, Drawings, Specifications, Building Regulations and Good Building Practice.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or Construction.
- Provide proven experience at Senior Level with a Main Contractor.
- Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
- Very technically able.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills.
