Job Title – Senior Site Engineer
Project – Commercial
Job Location –South Dublin
Salary – €60,000 - €70,000
About the Company
Fantastic opportunity work for an extremely busy Tier 2 contractor in South side of Dublin. The contractor are currently doing commercial works in South Dublin and are looking for a Senior Engineer with experience of working on commercial projects.
The Role
- Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards
- Provide Technical support to the Project Team
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Ensure safety on the site at all times, while making sure others on site are aware of rules
- Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
- Overseeing all setting out onsite
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as site engineer for main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
