Salary – €65K - €75K plus vehicle, fuel & package
About the Company:
One of the largest developers is ever growing and taking on new projects. Our client here at INFORM3 are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to come on board and join their team on a project based in County Meath.
This project will be 141 units of Timber Frame Housing valued around €50m and are looking the ideal candidate that has 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor.

The Role:
- Reviewing all setting out and levelling the site.
- Comply with safety regulations on all equipment.
- Candidates must possess ability to work on own initiative.
- Accurate record keeping and ability to interpret drawings and specifications essential.
- Give valuable feedback of selection of site personnel, subcontractors etc.
- Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants and ensure all requirements are actioned.
- Encourage safety on site and comply with company procedures and ensure the work is to a good standard without snags.
- Liaise with management on site.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with main contractor is essential.
- 5+ years’ experience site engineering and project management experience desirable.
- Third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of construction techniques - competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Experience working on Timber frame houses.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package).
- Should be proficient in AutoCAD.
- Setting out and use of robotic total station, EDM’s, laser levels etc.
