Senior Site Manager (Construction) - Meath

Salary – €60K-€80K

About the Company

Leading Irish property developer are currently looking for a number of site managers to assist with new property developments in Leinster region. This reputable company offers a very competitive salary, healthcare and bonus scheme.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential and commercial development.
• Support the Contracts Manager to ensure project is finished on programme.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Site Manager/ Project Manager.
• Engineering background is desirable.
• Experience in residential sector is essential. Candidates with no residential experience will not be considered.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
