Job Title –Senior Site Manager

Project – Residential

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €70k - €80k

About the Company

Large developer working in Dublin – looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team for residential work in North Dublin. The developer work on high-volume projects and ideal candidates must have experience managing high-volume projects for a Main Contractor. The Role

• Deliver project on time and to high standards
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional reports
• Co-ordinate and liaise with contracts manager, Site Engineers and services Co-ordinator to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information.
• Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Liaise with the company and client
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on the project
• Ensure that end product meets client’s expectation
• Responsible for Health and Safety

Requirements

• A Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ previous experience managing high-volume residential projects for main contractor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
