Senior Site Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a Tier 1 builder with experience in projects for many sectors. Company places an emphasis on the safety of their staff with high standards of corporate governance and business ethics.

They are seeking Site Managers for their new projects in Dublin City. Projects include a €3m Hotel extension, a €35m Office Development and a €65m Residential Development.

Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Job Location: Dublin City

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 with Vehicle & Fuel

Sector: Commercial & Residential

The Role

• Managing day to day running of construction site
• Working in a multi-functionary team environment
• Ensuring that all work follows safety procedures
• Attending meetings on a weekly basis
• Keeping track of manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping making note of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of equipment on site
• Maintaining quality control checks

Job Requirements

• Degree or similar level qualification
• 4+ years’ experience in construction industry is essential.
• Commercial and/or residential experience
• Excellent communication, planning, leadership & attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Full driving licence
• Experience with a tier 1 contractor required
