INFORM3 Construction recruitment on behalf of a main contractor are keen to speak with Senior Site Managers that have worked on RC Framed commercial Projects. Project is Based in Dublin South

 

Job Title           Senior Site Manager

Job Location    Dublin South

Salary              €65,000 - €75,000

Project             Multi-Storey Commercial €20M

Your new company is one of Ireland’s leading construction companies. The company has a broad portfolio of construction projects across public and private sectors. Today the company operates throughout Ireland and the United Arab Emirates.

 

The Role

Senior Voice on Project

Responsible for day to day running of the site

Coordination and supervision of all site staff and sub-contractors

Work as part of a team along with the senior management staff on site in order to achieve project success

Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the latest drawing, specifications and programme

Ensure Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings

Ensure all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Responsible for liaising with the client and design team on a daily basis and during project life cycle

 

 

Job Requirements       

10 Yrs Experience Site Management

Must have RC Frame experience

3rd level qualification in relevant field

Computer literate

Full understanding of design drawings

Clean driving licence

IOSH Managing Safety in Construction, Occupational First Aid, and any other CSCS or CPD
