Senior Site Manager – North Dublin

Rightpath Construction Recruitment is currently working with a well established medium sized building Contractor. The company has secured a new project in North Dublin and are keen to add a Site Manager to help in the day to day running of the project. On this scheme the Project Manager has been with the company for over 10 years and will be managing all the paper work and overseeing the programme. They require an organised Site Manager to thinking ahead weeks in advance in order to successfully help the Project Manager deliver the project on time and under budget.

Site Manager Requirements

  •  Extensive main contracting background is essential
  •  Previous £5M+ project experience
  •  Ability to work on own initiative
  •  Strong team building skills
  •  Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
  •  Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and industry specific software
  •  Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  •  Excellent written and oral presentation skills

 Site Manager Responsibilities

  • Ability to help deliver project on time and to perfection
  •  Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
  •  Manage and motivate site teams
  •  Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
  •  Organise and coordinate labour
  •  Produce reports on job progress
  •  Reporting to Construction & Financial Director
  •  All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters
