Senior Site Manager – Tier 1

Rightpath recruitment has a new opportunity with one of Irelands most reputable Building Construction companies. They have a new site starting in the Dublin area and are keen to add a Manager with a proven track record in delivering projects valued €15M and above. With this position you will be working alongside the Project Manager who will have most of the responsibility of the paper work.

The Contractor are keen for a hands-on Manager who can organise the direct and subcontract staff and play a key role in keep the project on programme and delivered to the highest of standards. Requirements

• Strong Trades / Engineering Background
• 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
• Project list of contacts €10 and above
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry

Duties

• Reporting to the Contracts Director
• No.2 on Site
• Keep the Project on time and within budget
• Management of direct and subcontract staff
