The Role
Monitor and evaluate quality control for sub contractor ‘s work
Senior Engineer on site, overlooking all engineers
Comply with safety regulations on all equipment
Candidates must possess ability to work on own initiative
Accurate record keeping and ability to interpret drawings and specifications essential
Give valuable feedback of selection of site personnel, subcontractors etc
Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants and ensure all requirements are actioned
Encourage safety on site and comply with company procedures and ensure the work is to a good standard without snags
Job Requirements
At least 10 Yrs + Experience site engineering and project management experience desirable
Third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
An ability to achieve, demanding time and quality targets.
To have good spoken and written communication skills
Knowledge of construction techniques - competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package)
Should be proficient in AutoCAD
Setting out and use of robotic total station, EDM’s, laser levels experience
