INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

 

Job Title – Senior Site Manager

Project – Commercial – New Build RC Frame

Job Location – North Dublin

Salary – €65K - €70K + travel  

 

About the Company

Working with a very reputable Main Contractor who specialise in large public works contracts valued up to €50M

The successful candidate will be managing a new build commercial development in North Dublin that will run for 2.5 years.

Previous experience taking RC Frame projects out of the ground in essential.

 

The Role

  • Coordination and supervision of the construction of new build/ extension development.
  • Be the number one on site for all activities and act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
  • Report into and support the Company Director and Contracts Managers.
  • Oversee commercial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
  • Consult with local authorities and clients when required.
  • Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
  • Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience with a Main Contractor.
  • Must have experience taking RC Frame projects out of the ground and through to fit out and handover stages.
  • Strong Trades or Engineering background is desirable.
  • Experience taking new build projects out of the ground and through fit out stages
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
