Job Title – Set-out Engineer
Project – Residential
Job Location – Dublin
Salary – €30,000 - €50,000
About the Company
Experienced set-out engineer is required for long term work in Northeast Dublin area. Fantastic opportunity to work on a housing project comprising of 50 units. Expected to be 4-5 years’ worth of work in the project – commencing February 2023 but looking to hire now.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Maintain positive working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor facilities and analyse operational data
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
