Job Title: Setting Out Engineer

About the Company
Busy Tier 2 construction Company with experience in projects for many sectors and an annual turnover of €75M. This particular project is residential and is worth €100M. They value the quality of their work and place an emphasis on the safety of their staff with high standards of corporate governance and business ethics. Would work on projects of €15m-€20m.
The Role
- Will be setting out
- Produce Temporary and Permanent Works designs for new build commercial project
- Provide feedback to onsite personnel
- Ensure safety on the site at all times, while making sure others on site are aware of rules
- Be able to communicate back and forth with the project manager, listening to instructions and following through
- Engage fully in the process of determining, agreeing and delivering site start programmes and development programmes within agreed timescales
- Overseeing all setting out onsite
Job Requirements
- 3 yrs experience setting out
- Good on CAD
- Experience in main contracting
- Must come from a trades background
- Good setting out experience
- Responsibility
- Will need to be good in a team
