Setting Out Engineer – North Dublin
INFORM3 are recruiting a Setting Out Engineer to work in North Dublin on a utility project, further work is located within the North Dublin area. The client has extensive experience in the Civil Engineering industry. Each year the client has experienced growth and has an immediate start for a Setting Out Engineer with great room to progress. The candidate will need to have experience in setting out, working on ducting, utilities, groundworks, roads etc
Setting Out Engineer Responsibilities:
- Regularly report into the Project Manager
- Review site drawings and specifications
- Set out the site accordingly
- Assist in coordinating and managing various civil teams
- Assist in coordinating plant, machinery and equipment
- Order in materials
- Adhere to the company’s quality standards
- Maintain the site diary and paperwork
- Conduct Toolbox Talks
- Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
- Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended
- Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout site
- Traffic management
Setting Out Engineer Specification:
- Civil Engineer Degree
- 1 years plus experience
- Setting Out experience
- Ability to work off their own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Package
- Full driving licence
