INFORM3 Construction Recruitment are keen to speak with Site Engineers with Experience on Large Housing Sites on behalf of a Specialist House building contractor. They have a site awarded where they are able to take on additional site staff in the form of an engineer. The contactor has a great reputation and in Ulster for their quality of work and their low turnover of staff.
Project – Residential
Job Title – Intermediate Engineer
Job Location – South Down
Salary - £30k - £35k
The Role
- Reporting to Site Manager / Site Foreman
- Assisting site managers with sub-contractors, labourers etc
- Setting out Foundations, drainage, manholes, corner of houses etc
- Dealing with multiple units at any one time
- liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Requirements
- Engineering experience with residential projects
- Main contractor experience preferred but not essential
- 3rd level qualification in relevant field, or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Full understanding of design drawings
