Job Title – Set-out Engineer
Project – Commercial
Job Location – Westmeath
Salary – €30,000 - €40,000
About the Company
Engineer with at least 1 years’ post-grad experience is required for 12 months. Fantastic opportunity to work on large scale projects with a Tier 1 contractor. Contractor has live projects all over Ireland. Excellent opportunity for graduate/junior engineers to gain experience on large scale, high-valued projects.
The Role
- Setting out and checking works as required for the project
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
- Reporting to Site Manager
- Maintain positive working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor facilities and analyse operational data
- Liaise with and manage sub-contractors and personnel on site
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 years’ post-grad experience with main contractor
- Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
- Confident in your ability to work alongside other trades
