Electrical Site / Project Manager Dublin €55-70k
INFORM3 are recruiting for a seasoned Site / Project Manager with an electrical bias who is able to manage and deliver multiple complex commercial electrical projects with values up to €5m in and around the Dublin area.
The successful candidate will be the main supervisor on site, reporting into the Contracts Manager tasked with ensuring that all projects are delivered according to programme, budget and quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and deliver Electrical projects
- Lead the project team with the timely production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, H&S Site Management and Work Package Plans,
- Take ownership and responsibility for projects, both financially, progressively and the teams working on them
- Review of the project scope and be actively involved in the production of presentation documents where required
- Contribute to project finance reports, costs and claims
- Cultivate and maintain safe working practices on site
Technical Skills:
- 4 years’ experience as a Site Manager / Project Manager with an excellent track record of successfully delivered projects
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Strong Leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
