Site / Quality Administrator – Cork

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Site / Quality Administrator, for worked based in Cork. The successful candidate will work for a Client who is a Building & Fit-Out Contractor with many years in the construction industry. The candidate will need to have previous experience working with a Construction Company and be confident in liaising regularly with Site Management Teams.

 

Site / Quality Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Report in the Site Management Team
  • Regularly complete admin tasks for Site Management
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Photocopy and file site documents
  • Control all site documents, ensuring they are checked prior to submission
  • Ensure all information in the electronic document management system is accurate and maintained correctly.
  • Ensure that any site drawings or specifications are delivered to Site Management and any omissions or amendments are made with great accuracy
  • Organise visits for Clients and ensure the relevant parties are aware of these visits
  • Raise and Place orders
  • Ensure that quality is maintained to avoid operational problems
  • Provide additional support to Site Managers, Site Foremen, Health & Safety Officers, Quantity Surveyors etc.

 

Site / Quality Administrator Specification:

  • Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
  • Previous administration experience within a construction site
  • Over 2 years’ experience in a similar experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Grammar
  • Confident in the use of MS Office
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Time Management skills.
  • Full Driving License
