Job Title – Site Administrator
Project – Residential
Job Location – Louth
Salary – €30K - €40K
About the Company
Working with one of Dublin’s top property developers on an exciting development coming to Louth - A High density residential development to run for at least 3 years.
This role would be a great starting point for a construction management graduate to progress into site manager roles or someone with onsite administrative experience.
The Role
- Support the Project Manager, Contracts Manager and Directors.
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients and manage flow of information.
- Keep on top of Health & Safety records.
- Use different software and applications such as View Point and PlanGrid.
- Ensure documents and drawings are up to date.
- Handle and file important site documents.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them accordingly.
- General administration duties.
Requirements
- Proven history of administration within the construction industry in ROI is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Admin on a Construction Site OR construction management graduate with placement experience.
- Experience using PlanGrid and Viewpoint is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and competent with technology.
- Strong sense of ownership over projects and ability to complete tasks within a time constraints.
- Eye for detail.
