One of Irelands leading property developer’s is currently on the lookout for a site admin to join their team. They work within a number of areas including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Office, Industrial and Leisure. They’re an award-winning company and wishing to expand their commercial team further to manage the current project load.

The Role

  • Providing general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) supporting a project team.
  • Coordinate all project BCAR related documentation with assigned certifier, design teams and subcontractors
  • Attend and facilitate BCAR meetings with Design team and Project teams
  • Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation
  • Engage with the varying support functions to support project deliverables
  • Manage, control and co-ordinate and daily issuing of project specific documentation
  • Experience of meeting deadlines
  • Create all subcontractor ancillary certificates at each stage of the project
  • General site admin including but not limited to: Procurement (delivery dockets, POD’s), purchaser inquiries / requests
  • Material Controlling: Ensuring that all materials have a relevant technical guidance document’s
  • Dealing with after sale queries or issues and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Engage with site team, main contractor and sub-contractors and purchasers with regards to all relevant paperwork
  • Maintain health and safety documents


What you need

  • 3+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Motivated, driven and works well within team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
