Job Title – Site Administrator
Location – Co. Antrim
Salary – £37K - £42K plus travel
About the Company:
INFORM3 Recruitment are currently representing a leading company within the Manufacturing and Fit Out industry based in County Antrim. They are looking for a talented and confident Site Administrator to join their team of skilled individuals.
You will provide efficient document control and administrative support to the Project Management team ensuring full compliance with Company procedure.

Duties Include:
- You will report to the Project Manager and Operations Department.
- Involved in document control by issuing copies to the relevant personnel.
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes.
- Preparation and issue of documents as requested.
- Filing of site forms & documents in line with project filing system.
- Preparation of requisitions and completion of Goods Received Notes for authorisation
- Undertake any other duties within the job holder’s sphere of knowledge, experience or competency as requested.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a similar role in a construction environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of working in a secretarial/administration role including minute taking.
- Excellent IT skills including experience of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and organisation skills.
- Ability to plan and organise workload.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- A recognised typing/word-processing qualification.
